Job title:

Clinical Applications Specialist Clinical Application Specialist IGTD

Your role:

  • Providing primary training and education to customers

  • Assisting in disseminating technical product information to customers and executing hospital staff training, also in the cath lab during clinical procedures.

  • Achieving and growing disposable utilization; assisting in advancing disposable revenue and market position consistent with territory, division, and company goals.

  • Monitoring the use of Intrasight and Sync vision systems, by regular contact with the users, in order to ensure confidence in Philips IGT-D products and systems. Assisting each step of the system utilization, from the delivery to the cath-lab support.

  • Building solid customer relations by interfacing directly with customers including hospital physicians, catheter laboratory personnel, training/education, research, and business office staff.

  • Interfacing with Marketing and other internal groups to quantify needs and to provide intelligence to management on competitive products and company product enhancements.

  • Coordination of local professional education training to customers.

  • Processing and monitoring product complaints per company procedures

You're the right fit if you have:

  • BSc/MSc degree in Biomedical engineering o clinical/science related field

  • Min 3 years experience of clinical support in a cath-lab.

  • English fluency and Spanish native language skills are mandatory.

  • Availability to travel 70-80% of the time to support cath-lab procedure

  • Excellent customer orientation and stakeholder management skills.
