About the Role

The Revenue & Category Growth team is accountable for controlling and improving total customer investment allocation and driving the Revenue Growth Agenda by channel. This team builds a data bank of M&E and understand the short and long term value of all discretionary customer investment, tasked with driving higher investment value.

The team also understands the impact of all NRM and GM levers across pack, channel, price and promotion and uses this to facilitate the business approval of the one commercial plan that drives what we sell and complete. The team works closely with the marketing, customer marketing, commercial and finance directors ensuring plans are constantly optimised delivering the needs of brands, customers and Diageo.

In this role, you will:

  • Partner with Customer Marketing to build the channel activation plan for a channel (grocery or convenience/discounters/eComm or wholesale/field or run retail on trade) providing price and promo guidelines

  • Work with the channel directors to lead the execution of the channel plan and identify revenue and margin expansion opportunities.

  • Supervise the budget management of commercial A&P and TI ensuring governance and controls are in place to ensure all activities are pre-approved and post evaluated to ensure investments are delivered

  • Participate in the development of the commercial plan to deliver the AOP in line with brand, category and commercial strategy, ensuring that all revenue growth opportunities feed into the plan.

  • Support the commercial teams to develop investment business cases that deliver revenue and margin expansion plans

  • Build a bank of growth driver and return on investment driver understanding and constantly seek to improve return of total customer investment

  • Lead and complete projects that build NRM capability and create new value for Diageo and our customer

About you

You have 3 to 5 years of experience in Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Project Management, Analytical and core selling skills. You're known for your time management & prioritisation skills and you can build powerful relationships and work collaboratively within a team.

You're a problem solver & solution-based extraordinary teammate who can deal with ambiguity & adapt quickly. You're fluent in English and Spanish
