The Role

We are looking for a Storage Technician with 3 years of experience in a similar rol.

You will deliver a comprehensive set of services for storage products including disk systems, NAS, SAN Network and software installations in diferents on-premise, off-premise, or a hybrid infrastructure.

Some taks include:

• Plan and design services and solutions designed to help clients set a storage strategy to reduce complexity, optimize performance and support growth requirements.

• Day to day storage administration including engineering new solutions as needed.

• Configuring and troubleshooting ,patching and upgrades of the different storage´s network . Tunning and performance including reports storage.

• Perform security procedures and follow policies to ensure compliance with regulatory and legal policies.

• Providing technical guidance to customer.

• Creating and updating technical documentation.

SHITS: rotating morning and afternoon shifts, Monday through Friday.

Who You Are

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Storage tecnology and and deployment, administration, configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance in an enterprise environment.

• 3+ years hands-on technical experience administering strorage Infraestruture and SAN Network (Brocade) at an enterprise level

• Strong working knowledge of IBM´s Storage devices and SAN Brocade.

• Strong working knowledge of one of: Netapp, Pure Storage, Infinidat devices including tools as TPC, BNA , Storage Insight and Netapp´s tools.

• Familiar with security best practices as they relate to Information Systems.
