Associate Technical Support Engineer (ERP) participates in an initial onboarding experience focused on building customer management, technical knowledge through training, development, and shadowing.

After onboarding, you’ll utilize your experience to progress your career with NetSuite. Responsibilities

What you'll do

• Your primary task will include the following but not limited to: provide technical support to Oracle global customers, deliver resolution through inbound and outbound phone calls and emails, perform highly complex troubleshooting and analysis, and actively work with Quality Assurance and Development teams to report design, reliability and maintenance problems or bugs.

• In this role, you will be our customers’ first point of contact, responsible for delivering world-class customer support experience to maximize their use of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.

• Continue to practice, train your expertise in accounting, and acquire new skills in performing it in an IT Industry.

• As a primary point of contact for customers, you are responsible for facilitating customer relationships with Support and providing advice and assistance to internal Oracle employees on diverse customer situations and escalated issues.

What you'll bring

• 2024 Graduates with Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Management Accounting, Accounting Information System, Internal Auditing, or a related discipline.

• You have the knowledge and understanding of the types of accounting such as (but not limited to) Financial and Cost Accounting.

• You have a good understanding of the steps in the accounting cycle.

• You have a basic knowledge of MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.

• You are tenacious with a “get the job done” attitude, and you can find a way to solve the most complex of problems with creativity and inventive thinking. You are passionate about delivering results that make a difference for our customers.
