ADP Global Product & Tech Sales Data Stewardship Senior Analyst in Makati City, Philippines

Main responsibilities: • Leverage analytical skills to identify correlations between diverse data streams • Proactively maintain, manage, communicate, and update CRM data • Leverage Master Data Management tools to review, import, update and manage data sets • Utilize external research tools to improve CRM data • Maintain case workflow to ensure Just-In-Time territory assignment and SLAs • Perform adhoc analysis, manage quick turnaround times • Data cleansing initiatives to reduce duplicates and erroneous information in CRM • Identify and provide recommendations on how to improve the Sales & data workflows to improve data quality • Work with larger data governance team to define and implement data best practices • Will follow standard Philippine Working Hours and Philippine Holidays

Qualifications: • 1-3 years of experience in Data Management • BS/BA Degree (or equivalent): Business Administration, Data or related field is preferred • Competency and experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, and PPT) • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as ease of interacting with cross-functional teams • Ability to strive in a fast-paced evolving sales environment • Ability to handle confidential matters • Knowledge of MDM, BI, CRM required; experience with Salesforce CRM and AWS big data environment a plus • Hands-on experience with SQL and relational databases • Prior working knowledge of data aggregation and querying a plus • Prior experience of data management platforms is a plus PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following: • Excellent written and verbal communication skills both verbal and written • Proficient using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to produce high quality reports, presentations and other documents • Superb organization skills • Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment • Ability to handle confidential matters
