What the day will look like
Work with local markets, external stakeholders, agency team to plan B2B2C communications and B2C campaigns required across APAC and ensure timely and quality execution of campaigns including but not limited to webinars, events, articles, videos, email marketing, web experimentation.
Support copywriting for web-based content, app content, email marketing, and others
Track and optimize performance across digital solutions and campaigns and work with both internal and external business partners on reporting, and analytics
Maintain and manage assets like videos, images
Training for clients both internal and external where required
General business administration support
Ensure adherence to local regulations and guidelines

The role is to work with in Regional Health and in country teams to support the team in planning of marketing & communications campaigns across APAC with the view of increasing employee awareness, engagement and sales conversion. The role will also work with internal stakeholders and external business partners to coordinate the development, maintenance, and content requirements for those platforms. The role will also provide administrative and business support to the Regional Director, Digital Innovation and Marketing.

Skills and experience that will lead to success
Degree holder (preferably in Marketing or Communications)
Minimum 3 years of working experience in a marketing team
Experience in insurance sector an advantage
Good interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
Good command of English with ability to develop persuasive copy
Curious, and eager to learn
Able to work across diverse cultures
Proactive in taking ownership and driving initiatives to completion
