As International Product Manager , your role covers multiple areas, which include, but are not limited to:

  • Coordinating cross-functional teams to research, define and complete market expansion and market entry activities in your region

  • Defining the product strategy and roadmap for various Regional Editions of NetSuite’s product offerings

  • Maintaining an up-to-date understanding of local statutory and legal requirements as well as culturally expected product functionality and workflows

  • Proactively conceiving, prioritizing, documenting and driving the delivery of the product backlog for the region based on the following criteria:

  • Local statutory and legal requirements

  • Market research

  • Competitive analysis

  • Understanding of the market

  • Customer feedback, and

  • Internal feedback from the regional Sales, PS and Support departments

  • Investigating and recommending required Region/Country-specific changes to core application features (e.g. Tax Engine, Reporting, Multi-Currency).

  • Working with development, QA, documentation and other product managers through the product generation process

  • Collecting, analyzing, maintaining and distributing information about challenging products for the local market

  • Providing product information to meet a variety of internal and external needs including sales collateral, press releases, web site copy and internal training

  • Identifying and working with local partners to deliver country-specific integrated product offerings demonstrating the SDF platform and related technologies

Responsibilities

As a member of the product development division, working with products offered in global markets , you will define product specifications and or strategy. Collect and analyze information to define product specifications and review design specifications. Communicate product strategy and functionality. Initiate and foster relationships with other groups. Review product documentation and collateral. Ensure successful product releases based on corporate priorities. Our customers reporting compliance is a direct result of your work in anticipating, reacting to, and delivering against, changes in global tax reporting mandates and requirements.
