The opportunity

The role of Training Supervisor is to be a point person for the BEST onboarding training and Follow Up Follow Through Training Section for New Advisors.

Responsibilities:

Act as Point Person for the BEST onboarding training program

• Manage, enhance, and develop onboarding modules as needed.

• Conduct BEST onboarding training with the current training team complement.

• Execute the required administrative tasks of the onboarding program.

Act as Point Person for the Follow Up Follow Through Training Section

• Manage, enhance, and develop the follow up follow through training Curriculum for new FSAs.

• Conduct the Follow Up Follow Through Training Sessions for new FSAs.

• Execute the required administrative tasks of the Follow Up Follow Through Training Sessions.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s Degree Holder

• Has at least 3 years experience in handling module development for an insurance company

• Has at least 3 years experience in handling module delivery for an insurance company

• Has an understanding of the Philippine insurance industry

• Must be data driven and have experience in crafting roll out strategies as well as ways to encourage platform usage.

• Must be resilient in the face of challenges.

• Must be able to establish rapport with stakeholders.

• Must have very strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills
