Oracle Account Manager in MAKATI, Philippines

Job Description

Sells a subset of product or services directly or via partners to small-and-medium sized accounts.

Career Level - IC2

Responsibilities

• Sell business application solutions and related services to current NetSuite mid-market business customers.

• Liaise with Support /Technical resources to resolve issues for customers and escalate potential issues to the Management as needed.

• Work with customers to learn their business, understand their needs, and determine how the NetSuite solution can best address their issues.

• Engage with clients to position NetSuite solutions via virtual meetings, these involve outbound and inbound communication.

• Develop a strategic account plan to retain and upsell NetSuite customers and hit monthly quarterly and annual revenue targets.

• Maintain an active pipeline of forecasted sales to meet monthly quota objectives while working through each opportunity with Professional Services, Solution Consultants, and Management.

• Quarterback team selling environment - leverage available resources including solution consulting, professional services, marketing, industry experts, and management to get the job done and secure the sale.
