Communications Strategist
Build and implement engaging internal communications strategies within a collaborative team, focused on supporting initiatives and goals of our Investment Management Group.
Core Responsibilities:
Provides consultation to address business area's internal communication needs. Develops cohesive plans for communicating initiatives and events that are aligned to business outcomes. Assesses and maximizes impact on target internal audience.
Works with the Communications team and partners to determine the best media and channels for communicating effectively, while engaging various internal audiences.
Partners with business area to ensure needs are addressed, various solutions are identified , and delivery of expectations is within scope and capacity .
Determines cost effective means to execute key internal communication deliverables. Creates content that is clear, engaging, and concise. Captures key metrics and measures the effectiveness of internal communication solutions. Identifies trends for future application.
Applies exceptional editing and writing skills, paying close attention to Vanguard's style, usage, and brand standards to ensure consistency.
Identifies areas for improvement to enhance the effectiveness of communications and its ability to execute on business objectives .
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Five years related work experience.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
