Here's what you'd do: You will analyze competitive data for target labor markets and recommend solutions to compensation challenges. You will analyze data, provide reporting, and participate in projects in the area of employee compensation. You will work closely with the Americas Compensation team while collaborating with the Global Compensation team to implement and assist with communications of global and local compensation programs. You will support the transition of compensation programs and processes for North America from the local legacy HRIS system to a global Workday platform. You will partner with HR Operations to ensure the accuracy and integrity of compensation data in HRIS and identify process improvement opportunities. You will support the implementation of a new IT architecture for the business (Workday). Here's what you'll get: Pay: $63.00 /hr. Hours: 40 hours/week. Length: Contract (6 Months). Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree. Minimum of 2 years experience in working in an international environment, cross-functional and cross-cultural teams. Minimum of 2 years experience in Workday Core Compensation & Jobs and Advanced Compensation.

Preferred Skills / Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of Compensation experience CCP and GRP certifications Sound knowledge of compensation-related topics. Have a proven track record supporting compensation concepts and programs. Skilled in project management, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and fluent in English. Demonstrate solid professional judgment and problem solving competence.
