Your Role:

As part of our Tax Department, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance and driving strategic tax initiatives.

Your Responsibilities:

Strategic Tax Advisory: Collaborate with our Global Head of Tax & Treasury to shape our international tax strategy, working alongside a diverse team to implement innovative solutions.

Business Partner for Departments: Act as a trusted advisor to our global departments and subsidiaries, guiding them through tax implications for new ventures and restructuring projects.

M&A Tax Expert: Lead the charge in developing tax strategies for mergers and acquisitions, from due diligence to seamless integration.

Tax Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to tax regulations while optimizing our compliance management system, liaising with external advisors and overseeing tax reporting processes.

Supporting Tax Audits: Provide support during tax audits, both domestically and internationally, and facilitate agreements to ensure smooth operations.

Your Experience and Qualifications:

Qualification: Degree in economics with a focus on taxation, finance, or similar field.

Additional Qualification: Certified tax advisor preferred.

Experience: Minimum 5 years in a tax role within a multinational corporation or consulting firm.

Skills: Strong project management skills, proactive mindset, and excellent communication abilities.

Language: Fluent in both German (advantage) and English.
