About you

You will responsible for planning and scheduling of resources to complete Site Service request including operation of facilities under Site Service function such as Building Chiller System, AHU, Domestic Wastewater system, and Building project, repair building and equipment, Gardening works (issue Safe Work Permit and follow-up the progress) and Infrastructure Facilities of Map Ta Phut and AIE site, Rayong.

This role will provide the efficient use of resources in both operations and maintenance. Improving the “Value added work order process”, planning and scheduling of resources, implementation of the connectivity tools and reducing the “fire fighting” activities will offset any additional resourcing requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Ensures Site Service requests are value adding and align with the Business, Function, Site Plant and team goals.

• Perform value assess all Site Service request task before approve, schedule, plan and assign work and

• Ensures Site Service requests are clearly defined, scheduled and completed in effective and efficient manner.

• Determines if plans are required for Site Service requests and coordinates resources for plan development.

• Reviews work status with service providers.

• Ensures appropriate resources are allocated to perform tasks and activities.

Qualification:

• Diploma degree or higher in Electrical and relevant

• Min. 3 years od experience in Petro Chemical Industry

• Has a good management skill on working with contractors

• Good co-ordination and communication to cross function

• Good problem solving and good communication skills

• Good in using Microsoft Office and English
