We are looking for a talented digital product manager with experience in medical education to enhance the performance, integration, and growth of Boston Scientific's online healthcare professional learning management channel, EDUCARE. In this role, you will lead Boston Scientific's EDUCARE strategy, planning, and overseeing initiatives to improve performance, user experience, engagement rates, and adoption. You will work with core partners to integrate related experiences based on customer needs and business outcomes (web, eCommerce, digital marketing, etc.). This role involves collaborating with medical education and marketing leadership, as well as EDUCARE business unit and regional leads, to understand the overall program strategies for customer education and training and to drive the EDUCARE digital education strategy. Reporting to the Global Director of Integrated Digital Marketing, the EDUCARE Digital Product Manager will be responsible for the entire experience strategy and the future vision of online education and training interactions with our customers. This role will be the key liaison between the business and the IT Platform Delivery team. The Product Manager will provide insight into business vision, value, and objectives to influence the product roadmap. You will work closely with business unit and regional medical education partners to develop a proactive requirement-gathering process based on business goals, purpose, and audience needs. This role will also partner closely with our EDUCARE Global Product Owner to ensure enhancements and functionality are prioritized and delivered according to customer needs and overall BSC omnichannel goals. Your responsibilities will include: Own and drive the outcome-based strategy for Boston Scientific's EDUCARE experience in partnership with BU and Regional partners, colleagues from UX, Marketing, Customer Experience, Medical Education, and the EDUCARE product owner. Translate medical education business requirements into an initiative-level product roadmap outlining product vision, goals, and objectives for the EDUCARE Product Owner to create a feature-level product roadmap and delivery prioritization. Drive integration of EDUCARE as a component of medical education, digital marketing, and omnichannel programs. Collaborate with the global analytics team to drive improvements, ROI, and a measurement framework. Lead the EDUCARE Steering Committee (SteerCo), bringing in SMEs across the team to share roadmaps, testing, and success stories. Identify market research opportunities to gather customer feedback and insights. Collaborate with our UX/UI team to constantly improve user experience and design. Develop a strong SEO strategy with the SEO/Content SME to optimize website content for search and improve organic traffic and leads performance. Contribute to marketplace competitor analysis and identify opportunities in the industry regarding education strategy, keeping an eye on digital trends and developments. Identify, evaluate, prioritize, coordinate, and deliver scalable enhancement projects that contribute to enhanced user experiences in collaboration with the technical team. Ensure digital properties are functioning and roviding customers with an exceptional experience. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, OR 10+ years of equivalent professional experience. 7+ years of progressive exempt-level experience in LMS, website management, or digital marketing. 5+ years of direct experience in interactive online platform strategy and maintenance. Experience or understanding of the medical education function within the medical device industry. Advanced knowledge of tracking tools and ROI measurement. Proven ability to conceptualize, analyze, and evaluate online interactive initiatives.
