Because at Solventum, we never stop solving for you.The Impact You'll Make in this RoleAs a Program Manager in the Grouper Applications and Medical Necessity business, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:Work closely with project sponsors, cross-functional teams, and product managers to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiativesWork with and provide direction to product teams for optimal return on investment, coordinate and delegate cross-project initiativesDevelop and manage strategic plans and be accountable for delivering against established business goals and objectivesWork with product managers and product owners to identify key requirements, risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the departmentAnalyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for managers and stakeholdersSchedule and lead meetings with internal stakeholders, record progress of initiatives, report status to LeadershipYour Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited university AND seven (7) years of project or program management experience in a private, public, government or military environmentORHigh School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution AND a minimum of eleven (11) years of project or program management experience in a private, public, government or military environmentANDIn addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:Experience working on FedRAMP, StateRAMP, NIST or CMMC compliant projectsTwo (2) years of experience with Project Management tools such as Microsoft Project, Microsoft Planner, WorkFront, etc.Two (2) years of experience working on technical/IT projectsCurrent, valid Driver's License.Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods including PMP Certification or other industry certificationsFive (5) years or more of project or program management in a private, public, government or military environment including experience developing pol cies, procedures and guidelines for federal or state complianceExperience with complex cross-functional projects and working with key stakeholders at various levels of the organizationExpertise working in software development, including AWS or cloud computing knowledge and experience in the Cyber Security spaceSkills include: strong leadership, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, working knowledge of CRM software tools, PowerBI, MS Teams, etc.Work location: Remote USATravel: May include up to 15% domestic/internationalRelocation Assistance: Not authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-beingSolventum offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially.
