Collections Reporting Analyst

What does a successful Reporting Analyst do?

As a Reporting Analyst, you will lead all direct collections reporting, working closely with the Reporting team to harness your advanced Excel, PowerBI, and SQL skills. You'll extract data from MySQL and the Data Warehouse, creating compelling dashboards that drive key business decisions. Your role involves applying sharp business analytics to develop reliable reporting solutions that our partners depend on for optimal service delivery to both the company and our clients. This position demands effective communication across various levels and the ability to accurately gather requirements from both technical and organizational stakeholders, merging analytical rigor with strategic insight to enhance our business functions.

What You Will Do:

• Collaborate with the Reporting team to enhance collection business functions through robust statistical reporting.

• Design and implement sustainable reporting and dashboard solutions, facilitating operational efficiency and decision-making across business units.

• Administer the reporting environment, managing user administration, report scheduling, and similar tasks.

• Automate reporting processes, contributing to the transformation and streamlining of organizational practices.

• Generate and maintain critical reports: KPI Metrics, Budget Forecasts, Inventory Dashboards, and Performance Analytics.

What You Will Need To Have:

• BS Degree (ideally in Data Science, Statistical Accounting, or related field).

• 3+ years in reporting and analytics.

• Proficient in Excel, including advanced features like pivot tables, and other Microsoft Office tools.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with minimal direction and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

• Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly and persuasively across all levels of the organization.

What Would Be Great To Have:

• Python for Analytics and Data Visualization.

• Excel, PowerBI, SQL, MySQL, Data Warehouse.
