Lockheed Martin Industrial Power Sweeper Operator in Marietta, Georgia

Description: Operates power driven sweeping equipment. Checks water, gasoline, oil. Changes brushes as directed, empties dirt container when necessary, and sweeps designated areas. Sweeps ramps and runways to insure FOD free. Sweeps other areas as instructed.

Performs Janitor and/or Maintenance Helper work as required.

TYPICAL MATERIALS, TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT USED

Hand tools, broom, brush and dust pan; gasoline power sweepers, rider driven.

Basic Qualifications:

Experience operating gasoline powered sweeping equipment.

Six months experience in industrial or commercial cleaning or its equivalent.

Must have a valid Class I driver's license, be able to read, lift over 25 pounds, and have no vision limitations adversely effecting depth perception.

Desired Skills:

Knowledge of plant trucking safety rules.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
