Aperçu du poste :

Vous intervenez en tant que Chef de projet sur les opérations majeures d’installation d’ascenseurs et d’escalators.

Vous êtes l’interlocuteur privilégié du client de la phase étude à la livraison finale des appareils.

Une fois l’affaire vendue, vous coordonnez le chantier dans une logique de respect des engagements contractuels et dans le budget prévu au marché. V

Votre périmètre d'intervention s'étend de Perpignan à Monaco.

Au cours d'une journée type, vous devrez

Au quotidien, vos missions sont les suivantes :

• Etudes des dossiers : revue des pièces marché, contrôle des configurations techniques et financières, planning d’intervention…

• Relation avec les usines : gestion livraison, problématiques techniques

• Relation avec les ingénieurs & conducteurs de travaux : planification des travaux avec les ressources OTIS ou Sous-traitant, remontée et résolution des problématiques du chantier, création des avenants de configuration de matériel, projection financière des contrats, mise en fabrication auprès des usines…

• Relation avec les clients : prescription auprès des clients des bonnes solutions/produits Otis. Défense des intérêts d’Otis dans les négociations. Proposition de Vente d’avenants et travaux supplémentaires au fil du chantier

• Suivi de l’Activité Chantier :

• Gérer l’aspect financier des projets (facturation, recouvrement, budget, dépense, temps passés)

• Anticiper les risques financiers et optimiser les affaires (achats et avenants)

• Descentes de charge du portefeuille d’affaires avec le Chef de Service et l’Ingénieur d’Activité Chantier

Ce dont vous aurez besoin pour réussir :

• Vous êtes diplômé d’une école d’ingénieur avec une spécialité travaux

• Vous disposez d’une expérience confirmée dans le management de projets dans le domaine de la construction.

• Vous avez travaillé pour une entreprise générale ou un acteur majeur du bâtiment.

• Organisé(e) et autonome, vous avez le goût du challenge

• Des déplacements sont à prévoir sur l'axe Perpignan/Monaco selon les projets
