Insight Global is seeking a Business Systems Analyst for a permanent, full-time opportunity that sits onsite two days per week in Mason, OH. This Analyst will be responsible for all Level 2 functions and will be focusing primarily on the CRM Module within D365. They will be providing application support to end-users, configuring system enhancements/processes to make sure the system supports the needs of stakeholders. They will also be reviewing and creating CRM customizations as needed. The ideal candidate will have experience providing end-user support, maintaining system documentation, and manage production issues with little supervision. This is an excellent opportunity to join a large, enterprise-level company that is continuously growing. This is a hybrid opportunity that will sit onsite in Mason OH two days per week.

Skills and Requirements

4+ years of experience within Information Technology

3+ years of Dynamics 365 experience (CRM Module preferred)

3+ years of experience with SQL / SQL Server

Experience developing, facilitating, and executing user test cases D365 / Salesforce Development experience

Azure DataFactory

Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or similar

Experience working in a large, enterprise-level organization null
