Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Director of Strategic Sourcing to lead the entire team that owns the Strategic Sourcing process for identified business segments. Responsibilities include the capability and performance development of the entire team; ensuring Sourcing strategies are developed to meet the needs of internal customers and stakeholders; reviewing/analyzing category spend to initiate/direct restructuring of vendor base to achieve cost savings goals; evaluating the current supplier base and identifying prospective new suppliers; analyzing "should be" costing to gain best product value; seeking continuous improvement to drive innovation for all products within product categories; ensuring compliance with all applicable Cintas policies.

Skills/Qualifications

Required

• 5+ years' experience in supply chain management

• 3+ years' experience negotiating contracts

• High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred

• Experience in supplier relationship management

• Experience in market, cost and supplier analysis

• Situational adaptability

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet

• Valid driver's license
