salary: $41,600 - $52,000 per year

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments and inspect contents for accuracy and quality

• Compare received items to purchase orders and packing lists, resolving any discrepancies

• Organize and store received items in designated locations within the warehouse

• Prepare outgoing shipments by selecting appropriate packaging materials and assembling orders

• Generate shipping labels and schedule pickups with carriers to ensure timely delivery

• Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments, including tracking information and delivery confirmations

• Assist with inventory management tasks, such as cycle counts and stock replenishment

• Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner

• Collaborate with other team members to optimize workflow and ensure customer satisfaction

• Must have experience with Bill of Lading

• Must have some communication skills and be able to speak with freight companies as well as customs
