Description des activités

· Etude, conseil et validation des besoins clients

· Participation aux ateliers d’analyse du besoin avec les clients et éditeurs tiers

· Rédaction des comptes-rendus d’ateliers

· Assurer l’interface entre les interlocuteurs clients et les différentes équipes/solutions internes

· Consolidation des chiffrages

· Participation aux comités de projet internes

· Ecriture et maintien des spécifications

· Participer aux réunions de validation des spécifications

· Reporting

Connaissances & aptitudes professionnelles spécifiques

· 5+ ans d’expérience
