We are seeking an innovative Azure DevOps Engineer to join our team. As an Azure DevOps Engineer you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the development, deployment, and operations infrastructure on the Microsoft Azure cloud platform. Additionally, you will work in close collaboration with IT infrastructure, cyber security professionals and system administrators to transform our IT infrastructure to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.

Key job responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teams to optimise the workflow, integrating automated testing, code review, and deployment processes.

• Design and implementation of continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines using Azure DevOps tools and services.

• Develop, configure, deploy, and manage Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using tools.

• Assist in migrating existing data centre infrastructure to Azure cloud and streamline new delivery and consumption processes.

• Productise the cloud consumption in the form of blueprints and socialise the blueprints benefits across organisation.

• Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including developers, IT operations, and security professionals, to implement secure solutions and foster a culture of security awareness.

• Clearly and effectively communicate DevOps solutions, and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders, fostering understanding and support for initiatives.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience (when a University Degree is held).

• Requires advanced knowledge of DevOps Cloud Engineering.

• Proven experience in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or similar tools.

• Microsoft Azure services, including virtual machines, containers, serverless computing, networking, and security.

• Proficiency in scripting and automation using languages like PowerShell, Bash, or Python.

• Experience with IaC tools such as Azure Resource Manager templates, Terraform or Ansible.

• Experience with version control systems such as Git and branching strategies.
