Jimmy Johns is currently hiring a Closing Shift Manager in the Independence area. We are a fast paced environment and we are growing. We offer competitive pay with bonus incentives paid out every 4 weeks.
Job Duties:
Control food and labor costs
Lead by example
Execute catering orders and provide "Freaky Fast" customer service
Responsible for all daily functions in unit
Job Requirements:
A positive attitude and the ability to be coached
100% effort everyday
Previous job experience
Ability to spend 8 hrs on your feet and lift 40 lbs
Must be 18+ years old
Reliable transportation
Night and Weekend availability

Requirements:
Ability to work a 40 hour week
At least 18 years of age
Basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
Ability to handle fast-paced and high stress situations in the store
Organize and establish priorities in the store with minimal supervision
Willing to offer opinions and recommendations towards the store and employees
