TRGis seeking a dynamicSenior Data Analystto provide Program Support to the Military to Civilian Transition Office (MCTO).

This position is currently hybrid. Work may be performed at the customer facility in Alexandria, VA (The Mark Center -https://markcenter.com/), at the TRG headquarters in McLean, VA, or remotely.

This position isContingent upon Contract Award.

Active DOD Secret clearance is required.

Core hours are between 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for developing and implementing a set of techniques or analytics applications to transform raw data into meaningful information using data-oriented programming languages and visualization software.
• Apply data mining, data modeling, natural language processing, and machine learning to extract and analyze information from large structured and unstructured datasets.
• Visualize, interpret, report data findings, and may create dynamic data reports. Develop statistical analysis plans and data management procedures using relational database principles, protocols, and methodology.
• Integrate and analyze data from many sources, including resolving data problems.
• Conduct complex and detailed quantitative statistical analyses, using statistical analysis software such as SAS, to evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of programs and service delivery.
• Perform quantitative statistical analyses using complex analytic methods, including multiple regression, general linear model, correlation, t-test, creating composite variables, and longitudinal analysis.
• Perform qualitative statistical analysis of large datasets of written comments to identify themes and draw validated conclusions.

Experience and Technical Qualifications:

• At least 10 years of relevant experience and a bachelor's degree, or 8 years of relevant experience and a master's degree is required.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field such as statistics, mathematics, computer science, data science/analytics, or information science is required.
• Active DOD Secret Clearance is required.
