Job Responsibilities

• Ensures cafe's daily signage is accurate and formatted correctly, handwriting signage as needed.

• Assists with marketing events and promotions from coordination to breaking down.

• Places orders for marketing supplies, signage and packaging needs.

• Assists with cafe photography, videography and copywriting for social media promotions.

• May serve as a moderator/host for cooking demos and other marketing events

• Assists with administrative works (project coordination, scheduling meetings, formulating

• meeting notes, maintaining a filing system on Google shared Drive)

• Assists with organizing marketing supplies in storage and office.

• May serve as a moderator/host for cooking demos and other marketing events.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.

• Experience in Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop is a plus but not required.

• Skilled multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced work environment.

• Detail-oriented.

• Can transport up to 25 lbs.

• Ability to set-up displays according to Marketing monthly focuses and events.
