What You Will Do :

Our Business and IT Strategy Transformation consultants help our clients improve business value through optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of their IT capabilities. This high performing group plays a critical role in multi-disciplinary strategy teams. We enable our clients to understand, plan for, and realize strategic opportunities presented by information technology through a collection of capabilities such as Enterprise IT Management, Mission Enablement, and IT Transformation. Our cloud strategists in particular, develop and execute cloud strategies that align with an organization's goals, improve efficiency, and drive digital transformation.

What You Will Need :

• Bachelor's degree is required

• 3+ years working on cloud strategy, cloud architecture, cloud management office, or cloud financial optimization (FinOps) projects

• Experience in a top-tier commercial or public sector consulting firm

• Experience applying critical thinking and structured processes to help clients navigate uncertainty and solve complex problems

• Possess a combination of strategic, technical, and interpersonal skills to effectively advise clients on the planning, adoption, and management of cloud services

• Demonstrates a proven record of success in roles within a professional services firm or large enterprise that supports client cloud services including:

• An understanding of both cloud services and a client organization's industry, market, and business objectives to define cloud strategies in alignment to broader business goals. Aptitude for identifying and solving complex technical and business challenges related to cloud adoption and management.

• Understanding and documenting existing business processes, systems, and technology.

• Gathering, analyzing and articulating high-level business capabilities and requirements. Engagement with business executives to define, understand and document cloud strategy and desired cloud capabilities, iterating new business and technology capabilities, and creating and implementing future-state capabilities.

• Collaboration with clients to develop strategic plans and roadmaps, tactical initiatives, key performance indicators, and reporting dashboards.

What Would Be Nice To Have :

• Masters degree

• Demonstrates proven abilities and a record of success to direct and execute the following areas:

• Ability to identify and develop solutions to meet client needs

• Ability to build solid relationships and become a trusted advisor to clients

• PMP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate, Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect

• An active or prior DoD Secret clearance or equivalent
