JOB OVERVIEW

As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the strategy, development, and execution of the product roadmap for SunriseSeniorLiving.com. You will be assisting in the management of website enhancements during ideation, sprint planning, and production releases. You will work closely with cross-functional groups, including IT, design, sales, marketing, and third-party vendors, to ensure the successful delivery of our products.

• Assist in the development of Sunrise Senior Living’s website product strategy and roadmap, aligning it with the company's overall goals and objectives.

• Gather and analyze market research, customer feedback, and industry trends to identify opportunities and make data-driven product decisions for SunriseSeniorLiving.com

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements and prioritize features based on business value and customer needs.

• Work closely with vendors, design teams, and other collaborators to define and deliver high-quality and user-friendly products on schedule.

• Ensure effective communication across teams, managing expectations and providing regular updates on product development progress.

• Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends and positioning opportunities.

• Monitor and analyze product performance and usage metrics to inform product iterations and improvements.

• Assist in the strategy, execution, and measurement of A/B testing programs and solicit user feedback to validate product functionality and gather insights for future enhancements.

• Maintains compliance in assigned required training and all training required by state/province or other regulating authorities as applicable to this role to ensure that Sunrise standards are always met.

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed throughout this job description are representative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or comparable experience

• 3-5 years of related experience

• Solid understanding of agile development methodologies and experience working with CRM, CMS, and analytics tools (Sitecore, MS Dynamix, Google Analytics, etc.)

• Working knowledge of web programming languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.)

• Demonstrated ability to effectively oversee and introduce digital products to market with a history of successful outcomes

• Experience with market research and competitive analysis

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to gather and interpret data to drive product decisions

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage complex projects in effective collaboration with cross-functional teams

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Detail-oriented mindset and a commitment to delivering high-quality digital products

• Passion for optimizations and lead generation
