Adecco is Immediately Hiring a Production Team Leader near Mechanic Falls, Maine.

The Production Team Leader will be responsible for coordinating and managing the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing line, ensuring that production targets are met safely, efficiently, and with high quality. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of manufacturing processes.

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:30am-5pm

Pay: $22-$24 depending on experience level

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.

• Train, mentor, and motivate team members to enhance their skills and productivity.

• Monitor production processes and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

• Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and quality assurance, to resolve production issues and implement corrective actions.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

· High School Diploma or GED

· 2 year's related experience

· Computer skills related to using Microsoft Office products

· Ability to work with mathematical concepts such fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions for use in practical situations

· Ability to effectively train, assign and monitor tasks

· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Pay Details: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
