A Day in the Life

Pelvic Health is part of the Neuroscience Portfolio. Our therapies treat patients suffering from incontinence-related conditions with our sacral neuromodulation (SNM) system InterstimX

As a Territory Manager you will bring your strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to passionately promote and sell our products in the public and private sectors both virtually and face to face. Successfully delivering against sales targets and strategy will require you to be commercially astute, resilient and self-driven. 'Hands on' patient contact and the ability to work on campaigns with fast-paced technology make this role fulfilling as you get the opportunity to see how our devices change people's lives.

Duties will include:

  • Promoting and selling Medtronic's products and services within the Sydney area and /or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders and healthcare professionals.

  • Responsible for pursuing leads, assessing needs and providing product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's products and/or services.

  • Promote and establish education of the company's products and/or services.

  • Conduct market research including customers and competitors activities.

  • Implement market development plans/strategies and changes as needed.

  • Communicating customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including R&D, Operations and Marketing.

Must-Have:

  • Bachelors degree required

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and working knowledge of company products and services

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present professionally

  • Customer focused: Understands and delivers excellent customer service

  • Ability to build credible relationships with all key stakeholders, including specialists and peers

  • Willingness and ability to learn complex technical information and be clinically astute

  • Ability to work in a highly regulated environment and adhere to compliance, OHS
