On behalf of our manufacturing client, we are skeeing a Technical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions within the organization. This role involves analyzing business processes, identifying requirements, and working with IT teams to implement and optimize technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of technology, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into technical requirements.

• Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and workflows to identify improvement opportunities.

• Develop and document business requirements, functional specifications, and technical designs.

• Work closely with software developers, engineers, and IT teams to ensure solutions meet business needs and align with technical constraints.

• Assist in the design, testing, and implementation of new systems and enhancements.

• Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams to ensure a clear understanding of requirements and project scope.

• Create user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams to support project development.

• Participate in project planning, management, and tracking activities.

• Provide ongoing support and training to business users on implemented systems and tools.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Analyst, or similar role.

• Strong understanding of business processes and technical solutions.

• Proficiency in requirements gathering, documentation, and analysis.

• Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.

• Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools is a plus.

• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.

• SQL, Power BI, Tableau

• Technical expertise in specific domains such as software development, data analysis, or system integrations.

• Certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis).
