Are you experienced in HRIS management and payroll processing? Do you have a knack for data analysis and problem-solving? Randstad is seeking an HRIS/Payroll Analyst to join the HR department of a manufacturing plant located in Memphis, TN. You'll manage payroll for 500+ employees, and maintain the HRIS (UKG/UltiPro). work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

HRIS Management:

  • Administer, maintain, and enhance the HRIS (UKG), ensuring data accuracy and system integrity.

  • Develop and configure HRIS dashboards and reports to support HR analytics, including headcount, turnover, and other key metrics.

  • Conduct regular audits of HR systems to identify and correct discrepancies, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

  • Support HR team with custom report generation and data analysis for various HR functions.

Payroll Administration:

  • Manage and execute bi-weekly payroll processing for approximately 500 employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

  • Review and approve timecards, ensuring proper timekeeping and attendance tracking.

  • Collaborate with Finance/Accounting teams to reconcile payroll accounts and address any discrepancies.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Generate monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc HR reports to provide insights into workforce metrics and trends.

  • Analyze payroll and HR data to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.

  • Develop and maintain HR analytics dashboards, providing real-time data to HR leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HRIS management and payroll processing, with a preference for experience with UKG, UltiPro, or similar systems.
