Baptist Memorial Manager-Office - GI Specialist Memphis in Memphis, Tennessee
Summary
Manages human and financial resources effectively to achieve quality patient outcomes in line with financial goals. Under the administrative direction of BMMG Director. Incumbent is responsible for daily operations during applicable clinic hours.
Responsibilities
Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates services to meet the needs of the customer to increase the clinic's contribution to overall clinic outcomes.
Organizes, directs, and staffs patient care services within the scope of practice to ensure quality outcomes
Provides for the integration of patient care services throughout the organization by coordinating with all services to provide quality patient outcomes.
Provides for improvement and maintenance of organization's activities by completion of the annual clinic-based performance improvement plan.
Performs related accountabilities/responsibilities as required or directed.
Requirements, Preferences and Experience
Minimum Qualifications
Knowledge/Education
Experience
College degree in business or health-related field or related experience in a health care setting
3-5 years work experience in health-related field after degree.
Leadership experience utilizing problem-solving methodologies
Desired Qualifications
Knowledge/Education
Experience
Licensure, Registration, Certification
Degree in Nursing, Business Administration, and/or Health Related field.
One year additional clinical experience in urgent care setting.
