This position provides overall assistance to the Talent Service Team and customer service to all employees, particularly in the areas of data processing and updates to employee files. This position has access to highly personal and confidential information about employees, and discretion in completion of job duties is essential. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Education: Associate Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field Experience: 3 to 6 months of administrative experience in Human Resources Travel: Up to 10% Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday- Friday. Overtime may be required. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Assist with the process, design, development, maintenance, auditing, and required reporting for compliance-related matters. * Maintain documents and forms needed to comply with applicable regulations and standards. * Provides customer service to internal and external customers (i.e. applicants, current employees). * Assists with Talent Operation projects and initiatives. * Maintains accurate personnel files by scanning personnel file documentation into document imaging system. (electronic, hardcopy, new hire paperwork, etc.) Ensures files are maintained in accordance with legal requirements as well as Company policies and procedures. * Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
