Pay: $30/hr. The Payroll & HR Recruiting Specialist is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of HR and payroll functions, including but not limited to, maintaining personnel records, conducting payroll reporting, on and off boarding employees, tax filing, recruiting, employee relations, and other duties as assigned. A successful candidate will have strong attention to detail and experience solving complex payroll tasks. Qualifications: Associate or bachelor's degree. 3-5 years of recruiting and payroll experience. Experience working for a construction company a major plus, experience with completing payroll taxes and union payroll and bonus as well.
