SERVICE FIRST STAFFING CNC Machinist in MENOMONEE FALLS, Wisconsin
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Ability to program 2D and 3D programs with the current software and how to double check a program after it\'s completed. Ability to work with models and 2D geometry in tandem to program a part; how to model and rework models in our programming software. Has Solidworks experience and can bring in models. Post programs to the shop floor machines and make minor changes using our current CAM software, if needed. Ability to design and draw up CNC holding fixtures for the parts being machined. Knowledge to manually write a program at the machine controls. Assist Project Managers to provide time studies/hours budgets for complex 3-axis components to help complete their quotes. Competent to set up complex parts with multiple set ups. Position and secure work piece(s) in machine; position tools in relationship to work piece; double check the programs during operation. Ex. Checking the first line of canned cycle. Follow CNC processes for machining the piece. Ability to sign in pieces for a set up along with compound angle setups. Use of a variety of precision measuring devices to position part, check dimensions during machining and check final part for accuracy.
