EXIT 45 & RESTAURANT Restaurant Assistant Manager in MENOMONIE, Wisconsin
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Leading by example is what you\'ll do every day!! Mentoring and training co-workers while delegating tasks and performing daily operational duties inside and outside the restaurant is what you can expect in this role while having fun! You will assist the Restaurant Manager with oversight of the restaurant operations, help with hiring, supervise and work with the staff to accomplish daily tasks along with light bookkeeping. The person in this role excels at all restaurant operational duties, has basic knowledge/experience in each restaurant function, and can jump in to assist co-workers during peak times as needed. This position serves as the shift supervisor and works closely with the restaurant manager to foster a culture of fast-paced, customer-focused service while keeping co-workers on task an making independent decisions as needed to achieve daily goals. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: You\'re good at: Creating a culture of teamwork and fun!
