Minimum Qualifications: 1. Basic knowledge of accounting and best practices 2. Data entry experience 3. Familiarity with the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles 4. Working knowledge of Microsoft products 5. Working knowledge of bookkeeping software preferable QuickBooks 6. Precision, accuracy, efficiency and attention to detail 7. Well-practiced organization skills 8. Experience working with third party Accounting Firms
Physical Requirements Frequent sitting, standing, walking, bending, and twisting upper body Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs

WAGE: $20/hr. to start
DAYS/HRS: Part Time Hrs. TBA with employer
DESCRIPTION: This role will manage the daily financial records and transactions for the Town. Generate and manage the data collected from payments, purchases, receipts and sales. Process and manage Payroll with in accounting software. Create monthly financial reports for the Board.
