Where freedom and personal choice to live, learn, work, worship, and play are the heart of our programs and services.\ \ We provide a day program, after school program, in home services, community support/supervision and therapeutic services.\ \ The ideal candidate for a Direct Care Worker is someone who enjoys helping others. Our agency offers a variety of hours flexible to meet the needs of individuals interested in working part, or full-time hours.\ \ This is a perfect entry-level position for students, or individuals interested in the social services, teaching, and the medical field. Employment is offered throughout the valley, primarily in the east valley. Compensation starts at \$16.00 - \$18.00 per hour depending on service provision, experience, and education.\ \ All training will be provided; this is an entry level job that requires no previous training. We do offer on the job training.\ \ Minimum qualifications:\ At least 18 years of age, reliable transportation, clean driving record, valid drivers license, insurance, vehicle registration, and be able to pass level one fingerprint clearance and a background check. We also provide staff schedules on Saturdays.\ \ We offer part-time or full-time employment throughout the year. During the months of June-August, most of our employees are offered full-time hours during this time, part-time is also available.
