We are seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst to join our team in Metairie, Louisiana. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for creating, maintaining, and distributing financial reports for various departments, assisting in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial packages, and performing ad-hoc analysis as needed. This role is instrumental in supporting our accounting team and providing crucial financial insights to key decision-makers across the company.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain financial reports for various departments, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution.

• Assist in the preparation and presentation of monthly and quarterly financial packages for internal and external stakeholders.

• Perform reconciliation of sales reports, cash collections, and bad debt provision to maintain financial integrity.

• Collaborate with the accounting team in support of the close process, ensuring all financial data is accurate and up-to-date.

• Prepare and deliver financial presentations as required, communicating financial information effectively to various audiences.

• Conduct analysis of key business drivers and present recommendations to key decision-makers and department leaders.

• Execute research and ad-hoc financial analysis as needed, providing insights and recommendations based on findings.

• Undertake special projects and duties as requested, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

• Utilize tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, Power BI, and other financial reporting tools to create reports and perform financial modeling.

• Work in collaboration with teams across the organization, fostering a culture of teamwork and shared success.

Requirements

• Must hold a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or in a related field.

• Proficiency in using Tableau, Alteryx, and Power BI is required and healthcare industry analysis is strongly preferred

• Demonstrated expertise in Financial Modeling and Ad Hoc Financial Analysis.

• Experience in Ad Hoc Reporting is a must.

• Knowledge and experience in Private Equity is necessary.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field is required; a Master's degree or relevant certifications are preferred.

• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Office Suite applications.

• Experience in using financial software systems.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Understanding of financial regulations and legislation.
