Google Display and Video Specialist (Spanish, English) in Mexico City, Mexico

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 8 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.

  • Experience working with digital organizations.

  • Experience identifying and recommending scalable solutions to improve customer strategy, and working with executive leadership.

  • Ability to communicate in Spanish and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with online video campaigns, and understanding of the TV ads market.

  • Knowledge of the branding/creative ecosystem and agency culture.

  • Ability to tailor solutions to a variety of audiences (e.g., executive-level technical product management, front-line sales teams, etc.).

  • Ability to be creative, flexible, proactive, and succeed in ambiguity.

  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills.

  • Work across YouTube’s video and display advertising suite of products.

  • Drive alignment across key stakeholders in leadership, and collaborate with Sales teams to execute on annual plans across YouTube.

  • Influence cross-functional stakeholders in the Sales and Product organizations appropriately framing around business rationale, advertiser needs, and business opportunity for the sector.

  • Partner with Account Executives, Sales Managers, and Sector Leads to drive business through deep industry knowledge, product expertise, and strategic thinking to support the holistic one Video and Display go-to-market approach.

  • Lead key reservation/social initiatives and communications across the sector teams to ensure consistent and well-executed deployment at scale, through client and agency Sales teams.
