Facilities & Administration Coordinator - Mexico City , Office Based

We are currently seeking a Facilities & Admin Coordinator to join our diverse and dynamic team. As the Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and providing administrative aid to various departments.

What you will be doing:

• Assisting with the day-to-day management of facilities, including coordinating maintenance, repairs, and vendor services.

• Managing office supplies, equipment, and inventory to ensure availability and efficiency.

• Coordinating office moves, reservations, and space planning activities as needed.

• Assisting with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing documents.

• Providing input to the Facilities Manager and administrative team in various projects and initiatives.

Your profile:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, facilities management, or a related field preferred.

• Previous working experience (no less than one year) in facilities management, administrative duties, or related roles is advantageous

• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with facility management software is a plus.

• Excellent communication iand interpersonal skills with a customer service-oriented approach.

• At least Intermediate level of English proficiency.
