We are looking for a Project Manager Solutions to join our team!
The Project Manager Solutions designs, develops and manages customer projects (Category C) according to defined Project Management standards and customer requirements and with end to end responsibility for economic results, quality, schedule and EHS The field of process automation involves the creation and application of technology to monitor and control production processes.
Responsibilities:
Co-actively support during proposal phase
Identification of claims and estimation of related expenditures.
Support and advise Lead Engineer during technical discussions.
Actively develop and utilize all sources of information, know-how and experience for a project specific and entrepreneurial use.
Identifies and evaluates continuously all opportunities for the project enhancement.
Develops additional business opportunities within the actual project.
Control of work results provided by suppliers and partners and escalation of deficiencies in quality and cooperation
Explanation of solutions and Siemens capabilities to customers
Support LoA activities
Drives own empowerment with adequate signature authorization and target agreement to manage the project as entrepreneur.
Stands for overall responsibility on project results based on the strategic priorities and set goals (e.g. budget, quality, schedule, EHS)
Manages the project through the entire project Life Cycle until final acceptance (FAC)
Leads and manages all assigned project staff including Global Engineering Centers (GECs) colleagues
Identifies and evaluates continuously all opportunities for the project enhancement.
Identifies and evaluates all evident risks, suggests appropriate counter measures and report the same to the project management.
Coaches junior team members
Manages Stakeholders
Requirements:
Minimum 5-6 years of experience executing projects preferably in sectors such as Pharma, Chemical, Food & Beverage, Glass & Water
Microsoft Project, SAP, Office, Others
Advanced English: Presents facts and processes spontaneously, takes part in discussions about daily tasks and issues in an international team. Manages exchange of information or complaints with colleagues and suppliers. Participates actively in international meetings, both face-to-face and virtual, conveying important points.
Basic knowledge and understanding of Document Management processes. Can support the project team. Can create and change Documentation according to project and quality requirements.
Can develop schedule templates. Knows how to analyze the schedule and can execute Time Impact Analysis. Can lead project planning workshops including all relevant planning disciplines (commercial, technical, procurement and construction) and guide on methods.
