What You Will Do?

The Customer Service Sr Specialist is a key point of contact for internal J&J functions and external parties to engage the Deliver and Customer Service organization. The Senior specialist provides direct support to customers and facilitates transactional activities. Individuals in this role are expected to demonstrate a solid understanding of J&J customer service processes, products and their interrelationship. The CS Senior Specialist is expected to navigate key relationships and collaborate as needed across functions, including: Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, Global and Shared Services and other stakeholders to resolve customer issues. The CS Senior Specialist reports directly to a Customer Service Supervisor, and escalates issues as needed.

Key Responsibilities :

This position will support the management of Mexico External Manufactures (EMs) sites with different manufacturing Technologies

The main activities are described below:

  • Manage troubleshooting with the EMs and ECLs.

  • Manage Investigation, CAPAs and Change Controls at Kenvue Systems.

  • Provide support to Investigation, CAPAs and Change Controls at the EMs and ECLs quality system.

  • Ensure the accomplish of all Kenvue Quality requirement for EMs sites (oversight).

  • Perform annually Quality Reviews with EMs and ECLs Sites.

  • Provide support and identify improvement opportunities internally (Kenvue Base Business) and External manufacturing sites.

  • Monthly Metrics Report.

  • Be part of areas meetings and war rooms.

  • Support new products implementation or products change projects.

  • Ensure alignment will all EMQ&C practices.

  • Complaint Management.

  • Audit action Plans management.

  • Support EM Validation Process.

  • Support With Product release activities at the EMQ&C area.

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For

Education:

Graduation in Pharmacy / Engineering / Chemistry or other correlate area.

Required Qualifications:

  • English / Spanish

  • 3 years’ Experience in Quality or other correlated areas related to Pharma / Medical Devices and Cosmetic Industries

  • Connection ability and able to influence

  • Able to propose innovative solutions on a dynamic environment

  • Technical Write

  • Skills to communicate issues to the upper management

  • Problem solving skills

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Statistical knowledge

  • Presentation skills

  • Green or Black belt knowledge

  • Audit Experience / Qualification (ISO, ASQ, COFEPRIS)
