This is a great Part Time (3-days/week) opportunity near Coral Gables for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join a growing software company with an incredible culture. Responsibilities

• Process high volumes of vendor invoices.

• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

• Prepare check runs, ACH, and wire transfers.

• Maintain vendor records and ensure all accounts are updated.

• Communicate with vendors regarding billing issues, payment schedules, and account inquiries.

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure proper documentation and approvals for all payments.
