This short-term contract/temporary Receptionist position is an excellent opportunity based in the Miami area.

What you will do every day:

• Manage all incoming phone calls

• Maintain various office filing processes and provide general filing support

• Receive, review, and distribute incoming mail according to specified procedures

• Bring a sense of urgency and prioritization skills

• Greet visitors

• Manage conference room schedule, travel arrangements, calendar management as well as other basic receptionist duties.

• Assist other administrative staff with overflow work, including word processing, data entry, and Internet research tasks

  Requirements

• Bilingual Spanish

• Place orders for office and kitchen supplies

• Possess strong time management and organizational skills

• Have experience answering inbound calls

• Demonstrate excellent customer service and office administrative skills

• Be upbeat, smart, resourceful, solution-oriented, and tech-savvy

• Have 1 or more years of experience handling multi-line phone systems

• Display strong attention to detail

• Exhibit excellent written, verbal, and social communication skills
