A world wide shipping and distribution company with operations in over 220 countries is looking for a "Billing Associate" with Logistics background to join their team. As a key member of this team, the right candidate will have billing experience, high proficiency with Excel, and attention to details. Responsibilities

• Generate and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.

• Review billing data for accuracy, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.

• Collaborate with billing departments to gather billing information and resolve billing-related issues.

• Maintain billing records and documentation, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accessible.

• Communicate with clients or customers regarding billing inquiries, payment terms, and billing-related matters.
