Title and Summary

Manager, Capacity & Operations - Global Talent Acquisition

This position is an individual contributor role reporting directly to the VP, Global Talent Acquisition Strategy & Operations. This role will partner across Global TA and with our Analytics team to design and deliver an operational excellence framework, data transparency, and a robust GTA resourcing and capacity management process. This position is instrumental in our GTA Transformation and ability to scale the operations to meet the growing business demand.

Role

• Leverage your operational excellence, program/project management, and analytic capabilities to optimize the CoEs best practices for transparency, data integrity, and scalable solutions.

• Optimize GTA resourcing, using your org design and analytical skills to adapt the capacity planning model to meet the evolving needs of our growing business.

• In partnership with GTA Leadership Team, design and recommend new operating model that drives greater efficiency and effectiveness through functional hiring.

• Build change management and communication strategies to support the evolution of the function.

• Partner with Analytics team to establish best practices for workforce planning; assess skills required to deliver on business strategy and evolve the resourcing model to ensure a competitive advantage in the war for talent.

• Closely monitor and manage resource shortages and capacity constraints to deliver on aggressive hiring targets. Partner with service providers to deliver an agile, scalable resourcing model.

• Manage budget and funding approach for people planning and resource management.

• Take on new projects/initiatives to make continued progress towards best in class talent acquisition.

About You

• Have a passion for enabling best in class operations

• Skilled in agile project management with penchant for operational excellence

• Strong capability in resource/capacity planning and utilization, project management, org design, and change management

• Robust analytics background and financial acumen

• Strong communication and strategic thinking skills will help in managing stakeholders and external partners to deliver on our targets

Pay Range

$99,000- $158,000 USD

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
