Job Title: ReceptionistJob Description

As a Receptionist, you will play a vital role providing interviewing, selection, data entry, and onboarding administrative support in a fast-paced, high customer service environment. You will strive to provide exceptional customer service, measured by our customer service survey. Your core responsibilities will include maintaining Contractor and Traveler files to ensure compliance with all credentialing body standards, scheduling a high volume of interviews within a 3 business day turnaround, and maintaining an interview spreadsheet for efficient process handoff and follow-up. You will also handle a high volume of calls regarding application status and assist incoming employees and applicants. Other duties include processing applicant fingerprints, completing background checks for non-employees, performing ongoing OIG/sanction checks, and supporting the audits of new hire files. Occasionally, you may serve as a backup for invoicing.

Work Environment

You will be working on-site from Monday to Friday, 8am – 4:30pm.
