Job Description

This candidate will be responsible for coordinating with both the engineering team and the build team to ensure processes are met. They will be responsible for process improvement to better the efficiency of creating their products. Their day will be spent evenly between their desk where they will be reviewing models and adjusting, and the production floor where they will be answering any questions and putting people back on track.

Compensation:

$39/hr to $42/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelors Degree

- 3-5 years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer

- Experience with CAD or similar tool (Solidworks, AutoCad). Must know how to open a model, take measurements, and identify issues within a model

- Experience with process improvement in a manufacturing role

- Experience working in an environment with composite and composite bonding

- Highly motivated. Someone who wants to come to work and make a difference null
